§ 90.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 90.25 through 90.29 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction in the Municipal Court of this city shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $1,000.
