Any owner, keeper, or person having livestock shall remove all manure and other animal waste from the pen, stable, shed, or enclosure at least once each day. This waste and manure shall be deposited in a storage bin or metal container and shall be provided with a fly-tight lid. The manure and other animal waste shall be removed from the bin or container to a disposal site approved by the officer of the Health Department.
