§ 110.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, either by himself, herself, or agent, and any firm, corporation, or other entity who violates the provisions of § 110.01 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction of any such violation, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $100; and each day during which the violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
   (C)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 110.03 shall upon conviction thereof be fined in any sum not less than $5, nor more than $50, and each violation thereof shall be and is hereby declared to be a distinct and separate offense and punishable as such.
