(A) The city shall mandate that all organizations and any groups that schedule and use the ballfields be held responsible for returning the field clean and in good order. Recommend that this be accomplished by fee or deposit for field usage.
(B) A fee of $50 if lights are used or fields are prepared as described in § 96.32 below. A deposit if no field preparation is required and no lights are used. Deposit may be forfeited if property is damaged or area littered.
