§ 92.02  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   NUISANCE.  Whatever is dangerous to human life or health, or whatever renders the ground, the water, the air, or food a hazard or injurious to human life or health, or that is offensive to the senses or that is or threatens to become detrimental to the public health, is hereby declared to be a NUISANCE, and the following specific acts, conditions, and things are, among others, each and all of them, hereby declared to be NUISANCES and prohibited and made unlawful.
