§ 92.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of § 92.09  shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than $500, and each and every day the nuisance shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
   (C)   Any person violating the provisions of § 92.20 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not less than $15 nor more than $200.
   (D)   Any person, firm or individual who shall violate any of the provisions of § 92.30 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $200, and each and every day’s violation shall constitute a separate and distinct offense, in case the owner or occupant of any lot, lots or premises under the provisions of this section shall be a corporation, and shall violate any provision of this section, the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer of the corporation or any manager, agent or employee of the corporation shall be also severally liable for the penalties herein provided.
