§ 91.31  BURNING REGARDED AS NUISANCE.
Nothing in this section shall void or lessen enforcement of the nuisance ordinance set forth in Chapter 92 of this code of ordinances.  Citizens should be aware that if any neighbor considers the smoke from their fire to be a nuisance, he or she has the right to file a complaint, to which the city must respond.  Meeting the requirements listed here does not protect them from such a complaint.
