§ 91.04  PERMISSIBLE FRAME STRUCTURES.
   The following frame structures are permissible in the fire limits:
   (A)   Temporary one-story frame buildings for the use of builders; and
   (B)   Wooden fences not over eight feet high without roof or cover.
