§ 54.06 VIOLATIONS, FINE.

Any person or entity who omits or refuses to comply with this subchapter, in any part, or participates in the violation hereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by the Municipal Court of Wake Village, Texas, and upon conviction shall be subject to the provisions of § 54.99.
