(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
(B) Any person or entity who omits or refuses to comply with §§ 54.01 through 54.08, in any part, or participates in the violation hereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by the Municipal Court of Wake Village, Texas, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $200. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense hereunder.
