145.07 CALL-IN COMPENSATION.
   (a)   Should the Chief of Police, Police Lieutenant, Police Sergeant, the employee’s supervisor or other Village official acting in his stead as provided in Section 145.04, deem circumstances warrant calling an off duty employee in to work, that employee shall receive the following minimum compensation:
      (1)   Full Time Village Employees   3 hours;
      (2)   Part-Time Assistant Superintendent   3 hours;
      (3)   Full Time Police Officers      3 hours;
      (4)   Part-time Police Officers      3 hours.
   Meetings held by a department supervisor to discuss or review department policies or to receive additional training and/or education related to the employee’s job duties does not constitute call-in time, however, the employee shall be paid his or her regular hourly rate for the actual time the employee is in attendance at said department meeting. Furthermore, if call in time overlaps with an employee’s regularly scheduled work time, the employee shall receive compensation as set forth in Section 145.06(a) of this chapter.
   (b)   All other employees shall be compensated at their overtime rate if they meet the requirements for overtime stated in Section 145.06. Part time employee shall be compensated at their regular hourly rate up to forty (40) hours per pay period. All overtime, in excess of forty (40) hours in any pay period shall be compensated at 1.5 times the part time employee’s regular hourly rate.
