(a) Minimum Lot Area and Width. The area and width of a lot shall not be less than the dimensions set forth in Schedule 1141.05
for the district in which the lot is located, except as otherwise regulated in this Code.
(b) Maximum Lot Coverage. The maximum lot coverage shall be as set forth in Schedule 1141.05
for the district in which the lot is located.
