No license issued under this chapter shall be transferrable except with the consent of the city and approval of the Director of Public Safety. An application for such transfer shall be in writing and shall be accompanied by all fees prescribed in §§ 119.05 or 119.08. The written authorization for such transfer shall contain the same information as requested herein for initial applications for the license.
