§ 97.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever installs or constructs a roadway gate without a permit or in violation of the requirements of §§ 97.70 through 97.72 or afterward maintains or alters the roadway gate so as not to conform to the requirements of §§ 97.70 through 97.72, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day shall constitute a separate violation.
