§ 97.70 APPLICABILITY OF REGULATIONS.
   (A)   This subchapter shall regulate the installation and construction of roadway gates within the city.
   (B)   As used in this subchapter, ROADWAY GATE shall mean a gate which prevents or restricts vehicular access from a public street or public right-of-way to a private street, private drive, private subdivision or private gated community.
