(A) Kitchen. Every dwelling unit shall be provided with a kitchen area and every kitchen area shall be provided with a sink.
(B) Cooking devices. If present in the dwelling unit, an oven and a stove or range with top burners or similar device for cooking food shall be properly installed for safe operation. The use by an occupant of gasoline stoves, portable kerosene stoves, charcoal stoves and grills or other similar fuel burning portable appliance for cooking indoors is prohibited.
