(A) Toilet facilities. Every dwelling unit shall be provided with a water closet, lavatory, and a bathtub or shower in good working condition and connected to a water and sewer system in an approved manner.
(B) Bathroom ventilation. Every bathroom and toilet compartment shall comply with the light and ventilation requirements contained in § 152.038.
(C) Access to bathrooms and toilet rooms. No dwelling shall be so arranged that access to a bathroom or toilet room requires passage through a room of another family's dwelling unit or rooming unit. Bathrooms or toilet rooms are to be located so that all travel thereto from each occupied room does not require going outside.
