§ 154.367  PROVISIONS AND REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   The Planning Commission shall consider requirements for transportation analysis for all uses other than single- or two-family dwellings in this district as defined in § 154.077.
   (B)   All uses other than single- or two-family dwellings shall demonstrate to the Planning Commission no decreased level of service of the roadway prior to approval of a site plan or conditional zoning certificate by the Planning Commission.
