Uses permitted shall be in conformance with the design zones as shown on the development plan as presently adopted or revised and shall be in the office of the Zoning Inspector, and is made a part hereof as if fully written herein. Uses permitted include:
(A) Aircraft hangars.
(B) Fixed base operations (aircraft sales and repair).
(C) Aircraft tiedown area.
(D) Administrative buildings.
(E) Other uses clearly incidental to the operation of the airport.
(F) Public buildings and facilities.
