§ 154.004 REPEALER.
   All existing ordinances of the city, inconsistent herewith, are hereby repealed, with the proviso that those ordinances/provisions repealed by this chapter shall be considered in full force and effect if for any reason this chapter should be declared to be void in its entirety through legal defect or technicality in its passage.
