§ 153.093 ACTION FOR ABATEMENT OF VIOLATIONS.
   The Director of Law, upon complaint or notice of any violation of this chapter, and after review of the factual basis of such complaint, shall bring such criminal or civil action in the name of the city as may be necessary to enjoin, correct, restrain or abate such violation of this chapter.
