§ 153.092 PLAT APPROVAL PRIOR TO BUILDING PERMIT.
   No building permit for the construction of a dwelling or any other structure shall be issued by the City Building Department unless the subdivision plat where dwelling or structure is to be located has been approved by the Planning Commission and recorded in the records of Medina County.
