§ 151.401 USE AND DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS FOR FLOOD HAZARD REDUCTION.
   The use and development standards set forth in §§ 151.402 through 151.410 apply to development wholly within, partially within or in contact with any special flood hazard area as established in § 151.106 or § 151.311(A).
