§ 151.402 USE REGULATIONS.
   (A)   Permitted uses. All uses not otherwise prohibited in this chapter or any other applicable land use regulation adopted by the city are allowed, provided they meet the provisions of this Chapter 151.
   (B)   Prohibited uses.
      (1)   Private water supply systems in all special flood hazard areas identified by FEMA, permitted under R.C. Chapter 3701.
      (2)   Infectious waste treatment facilities in all special flood hazard areas, permitted under R.C. Chapter 3734.
