There is hereby established a Parking Violations Bureau in the Police Department, where the penalty imposed by § 76.99 shall be paid. An officer or employee of the Police Department shall be available at all times to accept the payment of such penalties, all of which shall be properly receipted. The Parking Violations Bureau shall keep a permanent record of all violation citations issued and if payment is made on a violation pursuant to § 76.99, then such payment shall be recorded in the record.
