§ 56.11 SPECIAL RATES.

   The Director of Public Service shall have the authority to make changes in cable services, internet services, equipment fees, rates and bandwidth as needed to compensate for changes in costs and technology. The Director of Public Service may also allow establishment of incentive rate structures including, but not limited to:

   (A)   Introductory rates less than the current quoted monthly rates established in §§ 56.03, 56.04 and 56.08 for a designated time period.

   (B)   Waiver of service call charge for former customer returning to city system within designated time period.

   (C)   Establishment of rates for specialized cable programming, internet & pay per view events.

   (D)   For installations greater than 200 feet, the installation cost shall be paid by the property owner for that portion of the installation greater than 200 feet for material and labor costs as approved by the Director of Public Service.
