§ 56.08 INTERNET TELEPHONY FOR RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS.
   The Director of Public Service is hereby authorized to make available internet telephony service as part of the service provided to residential customers of the electric utility of the City of Wadsworth. Internet telephony service shall be provided subject to the following conditions and charges:
   (A)   Availability and applicability.
      (1)   Available system-wide to all residential consumers located within or outside the corporation limits of the City of Wadsworth who have access to the City of Wadsworth communications network.
      (2)   All applications for service should be in accordance with and conform to the Power and Communications Service By-laws and Regulations or subsequent revisions thereof which are prepared by the Director of Public Service and are on file with the Clerk of Council. Such by-laws shall include end-user agreements as approved by the Director of Public Service where appropriate. Such by-laws may also include minimum specifications for equipment for end-users.
      (3)   This service is supplied for uses that are ordinarily considered in public utility operations as residential and designated and recognized as individual single family residential home or farm use, including apartments, mobile homes and other individual single family dwelling units or living quarters or apartments.
   (B)   Definitions.
      RESIDENTIAL BASIC. Internet telephony for residential dwellings providing unlimited local voice service, long distance charges applicable
      RESIDENTIAL UNLIMITED. Internet telephony for residential dwellings providing unlimited local voice service and unlimited continental United States long distance voice services.
      COMMERCIAL BASIC. Internet telephony for commercial establishments providing unlimited local voice service, long distance charges applicable.
      COMMERCIAL UNLIMITED. Internet telephony for commercial establishments providing unlimited local voice service and unlimited continental United States long distance voice services.
   (C)   Charges per month per individual dwelling unit.

   (D)   Equipment charges plus applicable sales tax. Customer premise equipment (CPE) charges shall be based on a developed cost model to determine rental, purchase or replacement costs on either a monthly or one time basis.
