§ 55.09 BASE RATE.
   (A)   The base rate has been calculated to ensure adequate revenues to fund the costs of storm water management and to provide for the operation, maintenance, and capital improvements of the storm water system in the city.
   (B)   The base rate for the storm water utility is $4.50/month/ERU.
