§ 53.16 PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE.
   No sewer shall be constructed or connection made with a public sewer within the city until the property owner or the person employed to perform the work has applied for and obtained a permit from the Director of Public Service, for which the Director shall charge the sum of $20.
