§ 35.29 SPECIAL PROSECUTOR.
   In addition to the Assistant Director of Law provided for in § 35.28(B), the Director of Law may appoint an Additional Assistant Director of Law to serve without compensation as a special prosecutor as to a matter or matters that the Director of Law determines should be handled by a special prosecutor.
