§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating, or failing to comply with, any of the provisions of §§ 50.01 through 50.09 shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine of not less than $50 and not more than $500 or by imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the Judge. The continuation of such violation for each successive day shall constitute a separate offense, and the person or persons allowing or permitting the continuation of the violation may be punished as provided above for each separate offense.

   (B)   (1)   Any person who violates § 50.54(B) shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine not to exceed the sum of $500 for each and every offense.
      (2)   Any person who violates or fails to comply with any other provision of §§ 50.45 through 50.55, except § 50.54(B), or who violates or fails to comply with any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant thereto shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine not to exceed the sum of $500.
