This subchapter shall be deemed to be supplemental to and not a repealer of that portion of the Code of the Township which provides for the placement and collection of solid waste by the Township or its authorized agents. In the event that any term or provision of this chapter shall be inconsistent or in conflict with any term or provision of said Code, the terms and provisions of this subchapter shall prevail and control.
