The claim procedures for alleged violations of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), attached to Ord. 847-97, are hereby adopted by reference as the official procedures to be utilized by any Township employee, prospective employee or other person who is a qualified individual with a disability and who claims that their rights have been violated by the Township under the ADA. The form notice of claim attached to the procedures as well as the form of receipt are hereby adopted as the official forms to be utilized by claimants and by Township officials with respect to compliance with such procedures.
