§ 32.130 APPOINTMENT OF COMMITTEE AND RELATED OFFICIALS.
   In January of each year at its reorganization meeting, the Township Committee shall appoint by resolution the following positions:
   (A)   ADA Compliance Officer. The ADA Compliance Officer shall be a Township employee who holds a confidential position within the Township and who is a department head or higher level employee.
   (B)   Township Committee Liaison to the ADA Grievance Committee. The Liaison shall be a member of Township Committee. This person shall work closely with the ADA Compliance Officer to ensure that the procedures approved pursuant to this subchapter are followed.
   (C)   ADA Grievance Committee. The committee shall be comprised of five members, including the ADA Compliance Officer, the Township Committee Liaison to the ADA Grievance Committee and three members appointed by the Township Committee. The Township Committee shall take reasonable steps to appoint members to the ADA Grievance Committee who are employees of the Township and who have the background, education or experience that would reasonably suit them for a position on a committee which may be asked to review issues dealing with facilities, service and access to qualified individuals with disabilities.
