(A) It shall be the responsibility of the chairperson of each board and committee to send monthly reports of attendance to the Township Clerk. When the reports reflect absences equal to the number prescribed in § 32.002(C), ten-day written notices shall be sent to the member(s) by the Clerk of the intent to remove.
(B) Upon request of the member to be removed, a hearing will be held by the Mayor and Township Committee to determine whether the absences were excusable.
