In addition to the foregoing, council of the city shall by resolution adopt from time to time such field rules or administrative regulations as may be required to safeguard and regulate the use of the Visalia Municipal Airport to protect the public interest therein. It is unlawful for any person in or about the said airport to violate any such field rules or administrative regulations, and any persons so violating such rules or regulations or any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the provisions of Section 1.12.010.
