The municipal powers and jurisdiction and the powers and administrative functions of the several departments of government of the city are extended and made applicable to Visalia Municipal Airport and every part thereof. All laws and ordinances of the city; all resolutions, orders, rules and regulations of the council of said city, and all orders, rules and regulations of any and all officers, boards and commissions of said city so far as the same shall be adaptable, shall be applicable to Visalia Municipal Airport.
