5.64.030   Adult-oriented business regulatory permit.
   A.   Every person who proposes to maintain, operate or conduct an adult-oriented business in the city is required to file an application with the police chief upon a form provided by the city, and shall pay a filing fee, as established by resolution adopted by the city council from time to time, which shall not be refundable.
   B.   An adult-oriented business regulatory permit shall be valid only for the exact location specified in the permit and/or only for the exact adult-oriented business for which the application was made. If an applicant proposes to operate another adult-oriented business on the same site, the applicant must apply for a different permit. Any change in the nature or composition of the adult-oriented business from one type of adult-oriented business use to another shall render the existing permit null and void.
