5.56.090   Conflict with other laws and regulations.
   No provision of this chapter, nor any of the procedures set forth herein, shall constitute a waiver of any of the requirements of any statues or any provisions of this Ordinance Code or any other ordinance of the city which are now in effect or which may hereafter be enacted.
