5.56.020   Waste tire haulers business license required.
   Any person engaging in, and any vehicle used in, the business of a waste tire hauler within the city shall have a valid waste tire hauler's business license issued by the county of Tulare to engage in or be used in such business. (Ord. 9517 § 1 (part), 1995: prior code § 6901)
