The driver of a vehicle involved in the accident resulting in injury to, or death of, any person, or property damage in the amount of $50 or more, shall immediately, by the quickest means of communication, give notice of the accident to the Police Department, and the car shall not be moved from its position at the time of the accident until ordered to be moved by the officers of the Police Department.
