(A) Unless another penalty is expressly provided by law, every person convicted of a violation of any provision of this traffic code shall be guilty of a class C infraction and shall be punished according to state law. ('71 Code, § 70.99)
(B) The penalty fee schedule for the city is hereby approved and ratified as follows:
Violation | Penalty |
1st parking violation | $25.00 |
Each subsequent parking violation | $10.00 in addition to the $25.00 |
1st handicapped parking violation | $50.00 |
Each subsequent handicapped parking violation | $25.00 in addition to the $50.00 |
Half of the above fines shall be designated to the city Police Department Non-reverting Education Fund 233497 with balance to General Fund 101431.
