§ 71.01 VEHICLES TO STOP AT STOP SIGNS.
   (A)   When stop signs are erected as herein provided at or near the entrance to any intersection, every driver of a vehicle shall stop that vehicle at that sign or at a clearly marked stop line before entering the intersection, except when directed to proceed by a police officer or traffic-control signal.
   (B)   In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 74, Schedule III, when signs are erected giving notice thereof, drivers of vehicles shall stop at every intersection before entering any through street.
