(A) Subject to the provisions of § 70.58, the Board of Public Works and Safety is authorized to erect signs indicating no parking upon the side of any street adjacent to any school property when that parking would, in its opinion, interfere with traffic or create a hazardous situation.
(B) When official signs are erected indicating no parking upon that side of a street adjacent to any school property, no person shall park a vehicle in any such designated place.
