§ 72.065 DECLARATION OF SNOW EMERGENCY.
   Upon a declaration by the Mayor, after recommendation by the Board of Public Works and Safety that a snow emergency exists caused by heavy snowfall in the city, no parking shall be permitted upon routes listed in Chapter 75, Schedule V by any vehicle.
