§ 92.37 RELIEF FROM ORDER.

The Code Enforcement Officer may vacate or suspend the provisions of an order to close and vacate upon a showing by clear and convincing evidence that the nuisance activity has been abated and will not be maintained or permitted on the property or a unity thereof.
