§ 92.32  PROHIBITION.
   (A)   Any property within the City of Villa Hills which is a chronic nuisance property is declared a public nuisance and in violation of this subchapter and subject to the remedies provided herein; and
   (B)   Any person responsible for property who permits property to be a chronic nuisance property shall be in violation of this subchapter.
