(A) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not exceeding $500.

(B) The City Council does hereby establish that the penalty for any violation of § 130.26 shall be a fine in an amount no less than $50 not to exceed $500.
