§ 130.02 DISTURBING CHURCH SERVICES.

No person shall, in this city, disturb or disquiet any congregation or assembly met for religious worship, by making any noise, or by rude and indecent behavior, or by profane or obscene discourse, or in any other manner, within or near their place of worship.
