§ 95.05 SANCTUARY FOR ANIMALS.
   (A)   The park shall be a sanctuary for birds of all kinds, and for squirrels and rabbits.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to disturb the nest of any bird, or to shoot at any bird, squirrel or rabbit with any kind of gun, or bow and arrow, or to set any trap for the purpose of ensnaring any bird, squirrel or rabbit, within the limits of the park.
